Tavern in the Square Burlington is currently seeking an experienced GM/AGM to join our team. We are a fast growing locally owned restaurant group, with future expansion of 6 additional restaurants through 2025-2026.
Looking for high volume experienced, team players, who appreciate a structured environment with the flexibility of running personalized restaurants. All applicants must have a positive attitude and desire to grow with our fast moving brand.
Seeking Qualifications:
1-3 years of management experience in a full service casual restaurant
-Must have experience in managing all aspects of the Front of the House
-Must be organized, detailed and motivated to succeed
-Must possess leadership skills, and the ability to be a team leader, are essential
-The ability to motivate, educate and develop staff
-Strong work ethic
