Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that food is delivered promptly and efficiently from the kitchen to the dining area & bar top. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all food orders are accurate and presented beautifully.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Support servers by addressing guest needs as required.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
