Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Busser / Barback to support our front-of-house and bar teams. This role is essential to keeping the dining room and bar running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, assisting servers and bartenders, and ensuring guests receive fast, friendly, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from the dining room and bar
- Assist bartenders by stocking bar supplies, ice, glassware, and garnishes
- Refill water, assist with food delivery, and support servers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, bar area, service stations, and restrooms
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Support the team in all aspects of floor operations to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies (up to 60 lbs)
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but not required
