Responsibilities
- Prepare and stretch Neapolitan pizza dough by hand.
- Build pizzas according to recipes using fresh ingredients.
- Cook pizzas in a high-temperature wood-fired oven.
- Prepare ingredients and keep workstations clean and organized.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Maintain quality and consistency during busy service periods.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to provide an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or pizza experience is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn traditional Neapolitan pizza techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Weekend and evening availability preferred.
