Job Summary
We are seeking FULL TIME and/or PART TIME skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver with valid CDL License and up to date DOT Physical to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of dump trucks. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team in various construction environments.
Duties
- Operate dump trucks for transporting materials such as soil, gravel, asphalt, and debris.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate material delivery schedules.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials at job sites, ensuring proper handling techniques are used.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating vehicles on construction sites.
Skills
- Experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL driver's license appropriate for operating heavy vehicles.
- Ability to build rapport with team members while maintaining effective communication on job site requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
