Role Description The Investment Operations Associate is a full-time in office role based in Ridgeland, MS. This role supports daily investment operations, including maintaining client account records, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of transactions in line with firm and regulatory requirements. The associate coordinates with advisors and internal partners to prepare reports and assist with onboarding new client relationships. Responsibilities also include responding to client inquiries regarding account activity, supporting documentation and compliance needs, and helping improve operational workflows and data integrity. The role requires consistent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering a reliable and professional client experience.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including comfort working with numerical data, account reconciliations, and investment reports.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with advisors, colleagues, and clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Proficiency with productivity and financial tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems, and custodial platforms); willingness to learn new software and systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on data integrity, documentation, and following established procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Understanding of or interest in investment products, financial planning concepts, and industry regulations; prior experience in financial services is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications or progress toward licenses (such as Series 7/6/63) are a plus.
