We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to monitor activities and maintain records of incidents.
- Enforce rules and regulations while providing exceptional customer service to all individuals on-site.
- Assist in conflict management by addressing disturbances or disputes in a calm and professional manner.
- Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when required for investigations or incidents.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
