This is a full-time, on-site position in Metro D.C. that supports our NFIP Direct contract. Starting wage range is $70,000-$95,000 based on experience. How will you contribute? You will lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving the customer journey across the NFIP Direct program. As the Customer Experience Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Contact Center, Underwriting, Claims, and Policy Operations teams to identify pain points and opportunities across all customer touchpoints. You will design and lead customer-focused projects, implement enhancements that improve satisfaction, and champion a culture of continuous improvement in every interaction, helping ensure our flood policyholders receive clear, compassionate, and effective service.
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
