Description/Job Summary
Tauro Capital Advisors, Inc. is seeking a full-time Analyst/Senior Analyst for the Downtown Los Angeles location. This role offers candidates the opportunity to work on a wide range of stimulating real estate transactions with a tight-knit team. The Analyst will be responsible for underwriting deals, creating Excel models, and pitchbook creation. Ideal candidates should possess real estate underwriting skills, proficiency in Excel, and an ability to effectively meet deadlines for concurrent projects.
Responsibilities/Duties
· Develop financial underwriting models in Excel
· Communicate effectively with clients and team members to identify relevant information for transactions
· Organize and analyze lease and financial information
· Building pitchbooks in PowerPoint including deal narratives and graphs/charts
· Regularly input, update and review systems data
· Research and analyze comparable lease and sale data
· Manage and monitor deal timelines and adhere to deadlines
Required
· Skills
· Ability to write deal narratives in an effective and concise manner
· Financial modeling in Excel
· Understanding of Sources & Uses, and Loan Constraints (LTV, DSCR, and DY)
· Adaptability to changing deadlines
· Excellent communication skills with team and clients
· Experience
· Minimum 1-3 years of experience working as real estate underwriter or analyst
· Preferred 3-7 years for Senior Analyst
Preferred
· Completion of Real Estate Modeling coursework or certificates (i.e. REFM, Argus, ULI courses)
Required Education
· Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate preferred)
