About Us

Taurify is a rapidly growing marketing agency that helps painting businesses across the U.S. and Canada generate more leads, book more jobs, and streamline their operations. We do this by managing their Facebook and Google ads to generate leads and booking those leads into sales appointments once they come in. We move fast, value excellence, and are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and take critical tasks off our plate.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

You will support the team by handling core administrative, operational, and client-support tasks, including:

Client & Operations Support
  • Manage client onboarding steps
  • Monitor client progress inside our CRM
  • Keep client documents and account details organized
  • Schedule client calls and send reminders
  • Follow up with clients for weekly updates
Internal Administration
  • Manage email inbox filtering, tagging, and follow-ups
  • Organize files in Google Drive and CRM
  • Document SOPs using Loom videos
  • Manage calendar, organize tasks, and uphold deadlines
  • Prepare weekly summaries of tasks, client statuses, and priorities
Marketing Support
  • Upload content (YouTube, TikTok, Shorts)
  • Prepare descriptions schedule posts
Reporting & Media Buyer Support
  • Pull weekly performance numbers (CPL, lead volume, etc.)
  • Take screenshots and prepare simple client reports
  • Upload ad creatives and organize them properly
  • Help maintain consistency in campaign documentation
What We’re Looking For
  • 2 years of admin experience
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable following SOPs and managing tasks independently
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
  • Very tech savvy
  • Experience with any of the following is a plus:
  • Google Drive 
  • CRMs (GoHighLevel is a plus)
  • Canva
  • Asana
  • Basic marketing tasks
  • Customer communication

Pay
  • $15 - $18 Per Hour depending on experience.
