Taunton Federal Credit Union is looking to hire a service oriented individual to assist our members with a variety of financial transactions and servicing. The Branch Service Representative establishes and builds relationships with our members through service.

This is a Part Time position in our Middleboro Branch. Shifts will be 5 days a week from 8AM to 2PM. Occasional Sunday shift coverage may be necessary.
Essential Functions
- Process member transactions including check cashing, deposits and loan payments.
- Perform account servicing requests both in person and via telephone.
- Answer phones and conduct appropriate research to resolve member inquiries.
- Educate members on products and services that could benefit them.
Qualifications/Education/Experience/Personal Characteristics:
- 2 years cash handling experience preferably in a bank or credit union setting.
- High energy level, good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and follow up on tasks.
- Ability to plan and organize, handle multiple priorities and stressful situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong computer skill including MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work branch hours as needed including Saturday and Sunday.
- Reliable transportation required.
Bilingual English/Portuguese or English/Spanish is a plus.
