POSITION SUMMARY
The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe operation of their machine and equipment.
SHIFT
3rd Shift (11PM – 7AM)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Learns to set-up machines correctly and completely
- Tests material in your work area
- Adheres to all TSW safety procedures and wears all designated safety equipment
- Daily preventative maintenance checks on all equipment
- Responsible for identifying and recording any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or related area
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed
- Basic math skills
- Previous data/computer entry
- Lift truck experience preferred
- Ability to apply common sense-understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to withstand physical demands such as standing, climbing, kneeling and/or crawling
- Ability to work in areas of fluctuating temperatures
Pay starting at $23 per hour, $27 per hour once fully trained.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Sunday night to Friday morning
- Weekend availability
