Shifts Available
- 12- Hour Rotating Nigh Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Alternating 48/36 hour workweeks
What You Will Do
- Material Movement: Safely operate sit-down or stand-up industrial forklifts to load, unload, and transport raw steel materials and finished wire products.
- Production Support: Feed raw inventory to production lines and keep the manufacturing floor clear of finished goods.
- Inventory Tracking: Log product movements and enter accurate shipping/receiving details into our company data systems.
- Safety & Upkeep: Conduct daily forklift safety inspections and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Certification & Skill: Prior experience operating a forklift in an industrial environment. Active forklift certification is preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or a related industrial area.
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Basic Skills: Basic math proficiency and familiarity with standard computer data entry.
- Work Ethic: Strong focus on safety protocols, team reliability, and willingness to work overtime as scheduled.
Physical Demands & Environment
- Ability to stand, climb, kneel, crawl, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Comfort working inside a busy manufacturing facility with fluctuating seasonal temperatures.
