Director of Finance - $165,000 to $185,000 plus annual bonus (IN OFFICE)
Outstanding opportunity to join a growing (125-150 employees) privately held company in the western suburbs of Lancaster County.
This position is open based on the upcoming retirement of the incumbent and will report to the company’s CEO - a dynamic and well respected business leader.
This “hands on” Director of Finance role will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities including managing the accounting close process, financial reporting, budgeting / forecasting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and financial systems.
This role is your classic “hybrid” Controller / CFO role that will also manage external relationships with banks, insurance companies and their external public accounting firm. Our client (the CEO) is looking for a strategic business partner to support their company’s growth plans over the next decade (which include both geographical expansion and acquisitions).
Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of 10 years accounting / finance experience required.
This is an IN-OFFICE role for a company that promotes flexibility.
