The Opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on NetSuite Implementation Project Manager to lead a client's transition to NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Own the implementation timeline, managing internal stakeholders and ensuring the NetSuite team delivers on schedule.
- Process & Workflow Design: Design and document accounting workflows, specifically tailoring the system to handle complex expense tracking for capital projects.
- Data Migration: Lead the "heavy lifting" of extracting, cleaning, and mapping legacy data into NetSuite.
- Design Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor on the system build to ensure it scales for future operational needs.
- Testing & UAT: Develop test scripts and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a bug-free go-live.
- Change Management: Support the accounting team through the transition, providing training and documentation.
Required Experience:
- Proven track record of managing full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
- Expertise in Accounting, AR, Inventory, and Fixed Assets modules.
- Strong data management skills (mapping, CSV imports, and validation).
Preferred Industry Expertise:
- Industry: Oil & Gas (E&P) Experience Preferred
- Complex Accounting: Experience handling Royalty Agreements and Lease Agreements
- Project Accounting: Experience managing high-volume expenses for long-term capital projects.
Work Environment & Logistics
- Flexibility: We are open to candidates seeking either Full-Time or Part-Time arrangements, depending on the candidate's efficiency and the project's phase-based needs.
- Remote/On-Site: This role is primarily Remote. However, the candidate must be willing to travel for the project kickoff and critical milestones.
