Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber INTERIM Director of Corporate FP&A for a 6 month project to step into an immediate, high-impact interim assignment supporting a major multi-segment enterprise as they exit a major corporate transition and head into the annual budget cycle.

Serving as the central "connective tissue" across a decentralized finance organization, you will consolidate financial data from disparate business units and deliver a unified, enterprise-level view directly to executive leadership (CFO & CEO) and the Board of Directors

Key Responsibiliti

• esEnterprise Consolidations & Modeling: Own the consolidated corporate forecast, 3-statement models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), long-range planning, and the annual budget process across multiple business segment
• s.Liquidity & Cash Flow Oversight: Drive critical daily and weekly liquidity forecasting, working capital modeling, and cash conversion analysi
• s.C-Suite & Board Reporting: Package complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives, executive dashboards, and board-level presentation package
• s.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with segment finance heads, HR (incentive compensation modeling), Legal, Treasury, and Investor Relations to standardize methodologies, assumptions, and reporting cadence
• s.Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, develop, and mentor a small team of finance professionals, enhancing both technical Excel capabilities and commercial business acume
