The ideal candidate has experience as a PM, Coordinator, or Producer in creative agency or production company, working on creative, social media, video, web dev, and marketing campaigns. This role reports to the VP of Project Management.
The Job:
· Manage projects for assigned clients from intake to delivery, including project estimating/scoping, resourcing, scheduling, management/maintenance, QA/deliverables acceptance, and final delivery.
· Track and report on progress against schedules and budgets, and own project delivery against them. Partnering with the team to ensure project scopes and deadlines are met consistently.
· Participate in regular status meetings with Account Management to ensure projects are on track and on budget, as well as to highlight any potential concerns and bring solutions to problem-solve unexpected changes.
· Collaborate with Account Management to help schedule meetings, ensure stakeholders are prepared and present, prepare meeting notes and status reports for internal/external use with clients.
· Review work/deliverables against the brief before internal and external reviews to ensure team is on-track. You are the first line of defense for internal QA.
· Elevate any project roadblocks, out of scope requests, and schedule changes to manager or relevant leadership as soon as issue is identified.
· Review and update project management software ClickUp on a daily basis and own the statuses, tasks, and organization of assigned projects within the system.
· Continue learning and investing in ClickUp and project management methodologies to contribute to the growth of the department within the agency.
· Commit to learning, understanding, and, in some cases, improving workflows and processes for all departments equally – social, dev, production, creative, and growth.
· Work with the VP of Project Management to ensure Agency project traffic and resourcing is properly scheduled out.
· Exude grace under pressure; always being the calmest person in the room. Display confidence and enthusiasm, demonstrate a “can-do” and positive attitude
· Ensure the consistent use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects and organize “post-mortems” when beneficial.
The Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 3-5 years of relevant experience in a PM or coordinator-related role (inclusive of interactive agencies; deep social/digital PM skills)
· Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
· Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
· Demonstration of drive and initiative
· Highly collaborative; ability to work effectively within a team environment
