- Operate and maintain the dish machine.
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain an adequate supply of clean dishware, glassware, silverware, and cookware throughout each shift.
- Keep the dish area and kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary.
- Support kitchen operations wherever needed.
- Follow all sanitation and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Passion for teamwork, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience is preferred but not required.
