Counter Team Members - Tatte Belmont

Our Counter Team Members create welcoming experiences for every guest who visits our cafés. You’ll provide exceptional hospitality, build strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, take and fulfill guest orders, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café.

We are looking for team members who:

• Have engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills
• Have a passion for hospitality and great food

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
• Build product knowledge to confidently answer questions and make recommendations
• Take guest orders using the point-of-sale system
• Prepare and package food according to Tatte standards
• Deliver food and beverages to guests
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked café stations
• Support café cleanliness, visual standards, and food safety practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Passion for hospitality and teamwork
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced café environment
• Desire to learn and build knowledge of Tatte’s food and beverage offerings

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / WORKING CONDITIONS

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift overhead
• Ability to lift, move, and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per shift
