Facilities & Site Attendant

Job Summary:

This role is vital to maintaining safe, efficient, and operational aviation facilities that support cargo, maintenance, flight operations, and administrative teams. The position helps ensure company buildings and workspaces remain clean, organized, professional, and fully operational for employees, crews, and visitors.

Compensation: $20.00 p/hr DOE
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Essential Functions:

1. Perform general duties, including operating motor-driven cleaning equipment, mopping floors, cleaning walls, windows, and glass surfaces, and removing trash and debris. 
   
2. Maintain facility cleanliness and sanitation standards, including breakroom and restroom sanitation, carpet shampooing, dusting, floor polishing, upholstery cleaning, and other detailed or periodic cleaning tasks to ensure facilities remain in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. 
   
3. Provide cleaning and upkeep support for a range of company facilities across multiple operational locations. 
   
4. Assist with light maintenance and repair tasks involving equipment, building structures, and mechanical systems. 
   
5. Remove snow, ice, and debris from sidewalks, entrances, and surrounding areas as needed. 
   
6. Perform routine facility inspections and promptly document and report maintenance concerns, repair needs, and workplace safety hazards to management. 
   
7. Inspect company vehicles prior to operation to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment are functioning properly.
   
8. Maintain accurate task checklists, complete assignments efficiently, and ensure work is performed to company standards.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Driver’s License is required.
   
2. Must be able to pass an Airport Background Criminal History Check. 
   
3. Must be able to work effectively in a drug-free workplace and comply with company drug and alcohol policies.
   
4. Able to collaborate with team as well as work independently without supervision is required.
