Tatiana Gutsu Gymnastics Academy (TGGA) is seeking a meticulous, positive, and organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our gym. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily operations, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring the front desk runs smoothly and professionally.
We are a high-energy, customer-centric gymnastics facility in Farmington Hills, MI, committed to creating a fun, safe, and enriching environment for children and families. The Front Desk Coordinator must be confident, dependable, and able to multitask in a lively, fast-paced atmosphere.
What You'll Do:
- Greet families, students, and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage phone calls, emails, voicemails, and front desk inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby area
- Support customer needs: class info, billing, scheduling, and registration
- Maintain and update client records using software and spreadsheets
- Create promotional materials such as flyers and social media content
- Assist with event planning, extracurricular programs, and studio logistics
- Communicate effectively with staff, coaches, and management
- Step in to support basic gym duties or coaching in rare cases (plans provided)
Who We Are Looking For:
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work evening shifts with occasional weekends
- Experienced in administrative tasks, reception, or front desk roles
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Canva, scheduling tools, and email systems
- Customer service-focused with excellent verbal and written communication
- Calm under pressure with conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Organized, proactive, and a self-starter who thrives in team settings
- Russian fluency or coaching/gymnastics experience is a plus
Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check
- Resume required upon application
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
