About The Role

What You’ll Do
Sustainability Program Coordination & Execution
- Own sustainability initiatives by coordinating projects aligned with environmental goals.
- Support implementation of sustainability programs across operations and facilities.
- Track progress of sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment with targets.
- Coordinate data collection related to environmental performance metrics.
- Assist in development of sustainability plans and improvement initiatives.
- Support integration of sustainability practices into daily operations.
- Maintain accurate sustainability data within reporting and tracking systems.
- Analyse environmental metrics including energy, waste, and emissions data.
- Support preparation of sustainability reports and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of sustainability data and documentation.
- Track key performance indicators related to sustainability goals.
- Support audits and reporting requirements related to environmental performance.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership on sustainability efforts.
- Identify opportunities to improve sustainability performance and reduce impact.
- Support training and awareness initiatives related to sustainability practices.
- Promote a culture of environmental responsibility across the organization
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to sustainability performance.
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field preferred.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in sustainability, environmental, or operations roles.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices, environmental regulations, and reporting standards.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
- Pay range: $80,000 to $110,000 USD per year. This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus.
