About The Role

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of operational activities across manufacturing, quality, engineering support, logistics, and safety. This role ensures efficient production flow, compliance with organizational standards, and continuous improvement to support the company’s strategic goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across Manufacturing, Quality Control, Manufacturing Support, Logistics, and Safety.
  • Ensure processes are documented, controlled, and ISO-compliant.
  • Monitor production performance and drive KPI improvements.
  • Support quality system adherence and continuous improvement activities.
  • Manage operating expenses and support capital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Lead and mentor operational teams, ensuring training and competency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support new products, ERP updates, and operational efficiency.

Additional Expectations

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
  • Experience with process‑based manufacturing and GMP environments preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
