The role handles inventory transactions, maintains material flow, and ensures accuracy of inventory records. The position contributes to efficient operations, inventory accuracy, and timely production support.

About The Role
The Material Handler supports manufacturing and warehouse operations by moving, storing, and tracking materials to ensure production continuity. The role handles inventory transactions, maintains material flow, and ensures accuracy of inventory records. The position contributes to efficient operations, inventory accuracy, and timely production support.
This position is located at our warehouse in Corning, AR.
What You’ll Do
- Material Handling & Inventory Movement Maintain ownership of material flow ensuring timely delivery to production and warehouse locations.
- Move raw materials, components, and finished goods using appropriate handling equipment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, and production lines.
- Stage materials for production orders based on scheduling and operational requirements.
- Ensure proper labelling, identification, and storage of all materials and inventory items.
- Inventory Control & Accuracy Record material movements and transactions accurately within inventory or ERP systems.
- Verify quantities and materials against documentation prior to movement or storage.
- Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliation activities as required.
- Identify discrepancies in inventory records and report issues to supervision.
- Maintain organized inventory locations to support efficient material retrieval and storage.
- Safety, Organization & Operational Support Follow safety procedures and guidelines for material handling and equipment operation.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with housekeeping standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment safely and efficiently. Support production teams by ensuring materials are available and accessible as needed.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational requirements at all times.
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment preferred.
- Basic understanding of inventory processes and material handling procedures.
- Ability to use handheld scanners, inventory systems, or basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
- Pay range: $20 USD per hour.
