Role Description
The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products and processes at Tate Andale. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Halethorpe, MD. Daily responsibilities include conducting inspections on materials and finished products, verifying compliance with quality standards, documenting inspection results, and communicating findings to relevant teams. The role also involves identifying and addressing non-conformities to maintain product integrity and collaborating with multiple departments to enhance quality processes.
Qualifications
- Experience using basic inspection equipment including, but not limited to, scales, calipers, micrometers, height gages, optical comparator, 3D Scanner.
- Experience in performing thorough inspections and verifying compliance with predefined standards and specifications.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and address quality concerns promptly.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant training in quality assurance or manufacturing processes are a plus.
- Must be able to pass background check.
