Job Title: Vehicle Test Engineer (IPG)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and document component, subsystem, and vehicle-level tests
- Perform drivetrain testing including transmission, axle, powertrain, and related systems
- Support test bench, dyno, and vehicle testing (lab & proving ground)
- Develop and execute test cases, test procedures, and validation plans
- Collect, analyze, and interpret test data; prepare technical reports
- Identify defects, support root-cause analysis, and work with design teams on resolutions
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Support DVP&R execution and validation sign-off activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, CAE, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality)
- Maintain test documentation and traceability in PLM / test management tools
