As the organization continues to expand its portfolio of connected and data-driven digital initiatives across global functions, there is a growing need for an experienced offshore project manager who can provide day-to-day project coordination, milestone tracking, and proactive risk management
.This role will serve as an offshore extension of the Digital Transformation (DT) PMO, ensuring continuous alignment across multiple workstreams, partners, and technical delivery teams. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging time zone differences, maintaining delivery continuity, and providing timely executive reporting to onshore PMO leadership. Additionally, this position will manage PMO administrative responsibilities, including budget tracking, plan vs. actual variance analysis, and reporting

.Position Overview
:The Project Manager for Digital Projects will be responsible for managing the execution and governance of multiple digital initiatives within a global digital transformation program. This role will serve as an offshore extension of the DT Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring structured project delivery, proactive risk management, and timely communication across internal teams and external partners
.The incumbent will act as a Scrum Master and be accountable for maintaining project quality gates, discipline, aligning the project documentation from the project team, financial tracking, and ensuring alignment with defined business outcomes
.Program Management & Delivery Oversigh
- tManage the execution of multiple DT projects under the organization's Digital Portfolio, working closely with Product Owners and respective partners or stakeholders involved in projects
- .Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps aligned with business priorities
- .Monitor progress against plan and ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and budget
- .Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and cross-functional issues proactively
- .Support onshore PMO leadership with periodic reviews, project dashboards, and executive summaries
.Agile / Scrum Master Responsibilitie
- sAct as Scrum Master for DT projects executed in agile methodology
- .Facilitate sprint ceremonies – including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- .Ensure backlog refinement, sprint velocity tracking, and release planning using PMO agile tools, including Jira / Confluence
- .Promote agile best practices, continuous improvement, and team accountability

- nServe as the offshore bridge between the PMO onshore teams and components of the offshore delivery organization spread across multiple partners and vendors

.Qualifications and Experience
- :Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- .Experience: Minimum 5 years of overall experience in project management, with exposure to digital transformation programs
- .Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent Agile certification) is mandatory. PMP certification is preferred
- .Tools Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
