Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business or an equivalent level of work experience. Three to five years of professional level experience minimum.
Technical Skills
Supply chain theory & terminology w/ basic computer skills.
Knowledge of other functions that provide input regularly, i.e., Product Development, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations. Must have the ability to learn and do quality analysis
Demonstrated excellent project management skills, team leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
Must be very customer focused and can drive change throughout the enterprise effectively. Must be able to manage risk and ambiguity on a project
