Job Summary
The Program Manager – MES will provide end‑to‑end leadership for planning, governance, and execution of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives at the Danvers manufacturing site. This role leads cross‑functional teams to deploy and sustain the standardized global MES template (Critical Manufacturing), including site‑specific localizations, while ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational readiness, and enterprise standards.
This position is accountable for integrated program delivery across scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, compliance, site readiness, training, change management, go‑live, and hypercare, with minimal disruption to production and a controlled transition to steady‑state operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall program leadership and governance for MES initiatives, including objectives, success metrics, cadence, and escalation paths.
- Plan, execute, and monitor MES projects from initiation through delivery, managing integrated schedules, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Act as the primary liaison between site leadership, functional partners, project teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely decision‑making.
- Manage program financials and resources, including budgets, forecasts, SOWs, vendor performance, and internal resource allocation.
- Resolve complex and ambiguous issues while meeting productivity, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Lead risk, issue, and change management activities, ensuring adoption readiness and compliance with PMO, quality, and enterprise standards.
- Deliver executive‑level status reporting with clear insights on progress, risks, and financials.
- Drive continuous improvement through standardized delivery processes, tools, and lessons learned.
Program Scope Includes
- Deployment and sustainment of Critical Manufacturing MES
- Enabling real‑time production visibility
- Transition from paper‑based records to Electronic DHR (eDHR)
- Integration with enterprise and site systems including:
- BPCS ERP
- Cornerstone / CSOD
- Equipment connectivity and other manufacturing applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience leading technical or operational programs
- Strong program/project management expertise with understanding of downstream organizational impacts
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams in manufacturing or regulated environments preferred
