Job Title: Integration coordinator and software change support
Location: Novi, MI
Duration: Full Time
Discipline Areas: Coordinate Drive system powertrain and chassis HW and SW
Target Relevant Experience Level: 5-15 years
Responsibilities:
1. Track timing and progress of Feature Partner (FP), ensuring group alignment and milestone adherence.
2. Monitor timing of DREs (Design Responsible Engineers) for all hardware-related topics.
3. Track timing of Function Owners (FO) for individual feature topics.
4. Maintain and update the overall time plan for drive system development, incorporating:
5. Hardware availability for each ECU used in drive system features, including maturity level and sample stages.
6. Software availability and maturity, across multiple ECUs, for all drive system features.
7. Link all hardware, software, and feature timing data to create a cohesive and integrated development timeline.
8. Identify weak points or risks in the overall time plan that may impact feature delivery or system integration.
9. Propose and coordinate solutions for identified issues or schedule risks.
10. Escalate to Feature Partner (FP) when development activities or dependencies are not progressing according to plan.
