Position Overview
The Delivery Partner for Aerospace is responsible for directly supporting client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction with gas turbine engine related offerings in the aerospace vertical. This role requires a strong understanding of gas turbine engines, engineering services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for allocated clients, understanding their needs and relaying requirements to the technical team.
- Project Coordination: Assist in organizing project activities, meetings, and deliverables under guidance from senior managers or technical leads.
- Solution Presentation: Present basic solutions to clients, describing features, benefits, and addressing common questions.
- Issue Tracking: Monitor and document client-reported issues, facilitate resolution by coordinating with technical staff, and keep clients informed on progress.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain client communication logs, meeting summaries, and simple reports related to project status and engagement activities.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback on and report findings to the development and management teams.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, maintaining records, and supporting team logistics as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s. Advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of engineering service, client relations, or administrative experience in a technology-related field is desirable.
- Understanding of gas turbine engines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Organizational abilities to manage schedules, documentation, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of office productivity tools (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Ability to work under guidance, follow established procedures, and report progress effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate information and quality support.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused mindset.

- Knowledgeable in gas turbine engines.
