Qualifications:
Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering field with minimum 15 years of experience in Automotive industry.
Required Expertise:
- Solution Development & Customization: Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design and tailor solutions that meet client-specific requirements. Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business propositions.
- Client Engagement& Relationship Management: Act as a technical advisor during client interactions, presentations, and negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
- Market & Opportunity Analysis: Identify emerging trends, technologies, and customer pain points to inform solution strategy. Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
- Proposal & Bid Management: Lead the technical content development for proposals, RFPs, and presentations. Ensure alignment between client needs and proposed engineering solutions.
- Collaboration & Internal Enablement: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Provide training and enablement to internal teams on solution capabilities and value propositions.
Required to interact with: Customers, Program Manager, Chief Engineer, Engagement Manager, Account Managers, Members of the ELT, Regional Leadership teams and Heads of Departments, partners and vendors, industry experts, external organizations.

• Develop technical/solution offering and sub-offering positions (Automotive industry specific).
• Develop proactive propositions – Innovative customer focused solutions (both technical and business).
• Establish C-Level Client Engagement & Relationship.
• Publish scholarly articles in prominent industry magazines, online portals, represent TTL in industry event.
