Global PR & Influencer Intern

Job Summary:

TATA HARPER SKINCARE is seeking a Global PR & Influencer Intern to join the Integrated Communications Team in New York. This role will focus on supporting the development and execution of insight-driven communications strategies with an emphasis on PR materials development, influencer management and events strategy. Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of beauty, wellness and lifestyle influential voices. Strong communication, writing and organizational skills will help you to thrive in this role.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

Influencer management:

• Identify and research potential influencers, build and manage influencer lists, assist with outreach, and track partnerships and deliverables.
• Assist in coordinating partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
• Support management of influencer activations, contracts and help cultivate a network of influencer ambassadors.
• Support in development of global press materials, media and influencer lists
• Lead product send outs and call-ins across media and influencer

PR support:

• Help draft global press materials and stories in support of global brand calendar; monitor industry news and social media for trends and competitor activity.
• Lead product ordering and delivery, including inventory management
• Daily admin responsibilities, including but not limited to inventory, supplies, and calendar coordination

Campaign and event support:

• Support all event concepting, planning, vendor negotiations and timelines in support of multiple events
• On-site event support, as well as resulting reports and follow-up, as needed

Reporting:

• Assist with tracking media coverage and influencer campaign results and help create monthly reports for key stakeholders.
• Experience with platforms such as Launchmetrics and Traackr a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, ideally in Communications or Marketing
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven
• Strong interest in developing skills in PR & Influencer Marketing (experience in both, preferred)
• Must have strong understanding of the beauty space and social media trends
• Must possess strong copywriting and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
