We are looking for Telecom Business Development Managers. In this role You will manage telecom accounts and drive new revenue. You will work across wireless and network transformation programs, focusing on AI adoption, automation, and next generation network services.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in wireless networks, network operations, and automation programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineering, network operations, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Understand customer business needs and align solutions to measurable outcomes.
• Work with solution and delivery teams to shape proposals, pricing, and implementation plans.
• Lead customer presentations and executive reviews.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Travel up to 50 percent based on account coverage.
Telecom and Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of 4G and 5G network architecture.
• Experience with RAN, core network, transport, and OSS BSS environments.
• Hands-on or consultative background in LTE or 5G radio planning is preferred.
• Knowledge of air interface and protocol layers
• Understanding of virtualization and cloud-based network functions.
• Ability to interpret and present technical material to business and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with hardware and software architecture considerations in network deployments.
AI and Automation Skills:
• Experience using or evaluating AI powered tools to improve workflows, operations, or customer outcomes.
• Ability to discuss how AI can drive network assurance, performance analytics, and automated decision making.
• Comfortable explaining the business value of automation in network operations.
Experience:
• Experience in telecom or network engineering services sales
• 7 or more years in customer facing account management roles
• Proven experience achieving sales targets and closing multi-million-dollar opportunities
• Ability to understand broad technology strategy at the customer and position solutions accordingly.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
