We are looking for bright and passionate Automotive System Engineer, responsible for the definition, development, integration, and validation of automotive systems across the V Model lifecycle. The role acts as a technical interface between customer requirements, software, hardware, and validation teams, ensuring delivery of compliant, high quality automotive electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities

System Requirements & Architecture

• Analyze OEM / customer requirements and translate them into system-level requirements

• Create and maintain system specifications, functional decomposition, and interface definitions

• Perform requirements traceability across system, software, and hardware levels

• Define system architecture and allocate requirements to SW, HW, and network components

System Design & Development

• Develop functional concepts, use cases, and system behavior descriptions

• Define system interfaces (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, diagnostics)

• Support AUTOSAR-based system definition (Classic / Adaptive – as applicable)

Verification, Validation & Integration

• Define system test strategies across MIL / SIL / HIL / vehicle levels

• Support integration of software and hardware and analyze system-level issues

• Perform root cause analysis for system defects and drive corrective actions

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with ASPICE system-level processes

• Support functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity activities (as applicable)

• Maintain high-quality documentation

• Ensure adherence to customers, OEM, and internal quality standards

Stakeholder & Project Support

• Act as primary technical interface with customers/OEMs

• Work closely with software, hardware, validation, and project management teams

• Support change requests, impact analysis, and system updates

Salary: $80-100K annually
