The Senior / Staff / Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) is a technical and operational leader responsible for delivering complex, high‑volume consumer electronics programs from concept through mass production. This role is the primary bridge between customers and India‑based manufacturing and engineering teams, accountable for execution excellence across SMT, System/FATP, NPI, and global production ramps.

  • Drive program alignment across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and test

Manufacturing & NPI Execution (India‑Based)

  • Lead SMT and System/FATP NPI builds and production ramps in India
  • Ensure factory readiness across BOMs, material flow, capacity, labor, tooling, fixtures, and testing
  • Drive resolution of complex build, yield, capacity, and schedule challenges
  • Partner with factory leadership on capacity expansion and long‑term scaling plans

Process, Quality & Reliability Ownership

  • Drive DFM/DFA strategy, manufacturability trade‑offs, and design readiness reviews
  • Own yield, OEE, scrap, and defect reduction strategies across builds
  • Lead FAI validation, RCA execution, and systemic corrective action closure
  • Own REL testing scope, execution alignment, and results communication

Execution Cadence & Operational Excellence

  • Establish and lead BOD/EOD, build reviews, and executive operating rhythms
  • Ensure readiness for packaging, OQC, customer shipment, and ramp transitions
  • Champion operational rigor, documentation, and continuous improvement across programs

Essential Attributes

  • Own multiple concurrent programs or a flagship, high‑complexity product line
  • Operate as a trusted customer counterpart and internal executive escalation owner
  • Set execution standards, operating cadence, and best practices across factories
  • Mentor and guide junior TPMs and cross‑functional leaders
  • Influence manufacturing strategy, factory readiness models, and ramp frameworks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
  • 10 years of experience launching complex, high‑volume consumer electronics products
  • Proven ownership of SMT, FATP, NPI, and global production ramps
