Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and testing of electrical systems for high-quality consumer electronic products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, reliability, and performance.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality and robustness.
- Support manufacturing processes, prototype development, and the transition from design to mass production.
- Partner with business teams to align technical solutions with customer requirements and program objectives.

- Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles with expertise in system design, testing, and problem-solving.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across disciplines in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills to balance technical and business priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency with hardware systems design, reliability testing protocols, and advanced debugging equipment.
- Strong lab skills, including experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic tools.
Desired Experience Level:
- 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, hardware development, or product launches.
- Track record of delivering products from concept to mass production across diverse portfolios
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and collaboration with global EMS or contract manufacturers
