Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Account / Program Manager (CAM) to lead strategic customer relationships and program execution. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services account management, contract manufacturing, and operations, with a proven ability to manage complex programs and influence senior stakeholders. This role requires a strong blend of customer engagement, operational insight, and financial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring alignment between client expectations and TEPL’s strategic objectives.
- Lead program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple functional teams to meet customer requirements.
- Drive contract negotiations and manage commercial terms, ensuring clarity on operational impacts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite executives and decision-makers at client organizations.
- Prepare and present business strategies, program updates, and performance reviews to senior leadership.
- Build and manage cost models, perform financial analysis, and forecast program profitability.
- Respond to RFQs with cross-functional collaboration, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals.
- Utilize business intelligence tools for market research, competitive analysis, and growth planning.
- Manage scorecards, KPIs, and business review processes to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale customer programs and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, cost analysis, and business intelligence tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in supply chain, finance, or program management preferred.
- 10 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services account/program management, contract manufacturing, or related operational roles.
