Position SummaryThe Assistant Chef supports the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, event execution, and post-event breakdown. This role plays a key part in maintaining food quality, presentation standards, and strict food safety compliance while working collaboratively with the kitchen and event teams.
