What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead position at Taste Unlimited LLC?
As a Team Lead you will be leading and working with the cashiers, sandwich, salad and prep teams to ensure guest's orders are executed precisely and quickly. You will assist with the daily workflow from start to finish, including but not limited to:
-Enforcing food safety regulations and health standards in a clean and organized work area
-Maintaining an effective and positive environment while keeping the team aware of changes, new menu items, training and procedures
-Assisting other teams as needed in front of house, delivery and expo
-Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Must be available to work Evenings/Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's
-Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability
-Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, with constant moving, bending, lifting, reaching and turning during all shifts
-Must be able to reach and grasp with hands, talk and hear from far away and in close proximity, taste and smell
-Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel and crouch while also being able to lift and move up to at least 30 pounds, but occasionally up to 50 pounds or more
