Founded in Los Angeles in 2021 by Josh Leyva and Tyler McCann, Salud has quickly grown into a nationally recognized brand now available at major retailers including Target, Walmart, Costco, CVS, and more. As we continue scaling across retail, e-commerce, and social platforms, we are looking for creative and driven individuals who want hands-on experience helping build one of the most culturally relevant wellness brands in the industry.


About the Role


We’re hiring a paid Marketing Intern to join our team starting in June 2026 and gain hands-on learning experience supporting the day-to-day marketing operations of a fast-growing consumer brand.


This role will work closely with our Social and Marketing teams across content planning, community engagement, product launches, and campaign execution. You’ll help support real campaigns viewed by millions of people across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and retail marketing channels. A meaningful part of this opportunity is also learning about creative workflow management, and how real organizations are using automation tools.. If you enjoy internet culture, content trends, and experimenting with new tools and workflows, this role gives you room to contribute creatively and operationally.


This is a strong fit for a recent graduate or current student who wants real exposure to modern brand marketing, social media strategy and the fast-paced environment behind a rapidly scaling CPG company.

You’ll be mentored closely and given opportunities to observe, learn, and contribute to meaningful brand initiatives from day one.


What You’ll Do


Social Media & Community Support

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and posting content across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
  • Learn how organizations leverage social media comments and direct messages to engage with the community
  • Assist with giveaway winner coordination, outreach, and fulfillment tracking
  • Stay up to date on social media trends, viral formats, trending sounds, and platform updates


Content & Campaign Support

  • Help organize content calendars, launch timelines, and asset deliverables
  • Assist with short-form creative research
  • Support content organization across internal drives and marketing systems
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches and social content concepts
  • Observe campaign launch coordination across social, influencer, email, SMS, and more


Marketing Operations & Analytics

  • Help track campaign performance and marketing reporting
  • Research competitors, industry trends, creators, and marketing opportunities
  • Assist in identifying workflow improvements, automations, and AI tools that can improve marketing operations and organization
  • Support cross-functional marketing projects as needed


Who You Are


  • Entry level, recent graduate preferred, though current students will also be considered
  • Passionate about social media, creator marketing, branding, and internet culture
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and current social trends
  • Curious about automation, AI tools, or digital marketing systems
  • Excited about health, wellness, and consumer brands
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Open to occasionally assisting on content shoots, including helping behind the camera, supporting production setup, or participating in social content when needed

Internship Details


  • Start Date: June 2026
  • Compensation: Paid (hourly) | $20 hr
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling and opportunity for growth into additional hours or a future full-time role


Work Environment


This is a fully remote internship. While we collaborate closely as a team, we do not operate out of a central office, so candidates should have a reliable workspace, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage their time independently.
