Duties

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to optimize profitability.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items that reflect current culinary trends.
- Coordinate catering services for special events or private functions as needed.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and service to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase menu items through social media and events.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
