Qualifications

• Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred, but Arabic is not required.
• Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
• Excellent personal hygiene and attention to cleanliness.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.Job Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service.
• Seat guests, present menus, and serve food and beverages.
• Explain menu items and recommend popular dishes.
• Take accurate orders and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Regularly check on customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately.
• Take full responsibility for assigned tables from seating through checkout
• Cleanliness & Sanitation StandardsCleanliness is a top priority and an essential part of this position.
• Keep tables, chairs, floors, and dining areas clean and presentable at all times.
• Promptly clear, sanitize, and reset tables after customers leave.
• Maintain clean menus, serving stations, and customer-facing areas.
• Follow proper handwashing, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and a clean, professional appearance.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning duties.
• Restock supplies and keep service areas organized.
• Take initiative to clean without waiting to be asked.
• Follow all restaurant health and safety standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods using POS systems
• Upsell menu items like specialty drinks or desserts to maximize sales opportunities and increase guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting smooth restaurant operations
• Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle special requests professionally, and resolve any concerns promptlySchedule RequirementsAvailability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is mandatory.
