Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly to optimize guest flow
- Support food service operations by serving food and beverages efficiently and courteously
- Handle food preparation tasks following proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service and address guest needs promptly
- Support catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up as required
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and food handling safety standards
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cleaning duties effectively
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in the food industry
