Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will work with our customers via email and phone daily, responding to customer requests promptly and effectively. The employee will handle all aspects of order fulfillment, from providing superior customer service, product availability, order entry, producing production orders, pick tickets, packing lists, and invoicing. The employee will also be responsible for daily reporting. Prior customer service experience, excellent phone skills, and professional written communication skills are required. The perfect candidate must be a team player who works well with others.
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily or as scheduled by Manager. Some Saturdays and overtime may be required.
Tasks: Perform daily tasks as assigned, communicate and provide feedback to warehouse supervisors, learn and become familiar with product lines, and accurately fulfill orders.
Skills: Self-starter and motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner, office experience, proficiency in Excel and Outlook, team player, and prior customer service experience.
Experience and Education: High school diploma or GED certificate, 1 year in an office environment.
