Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving advanced automated production systems. Working closely with engineers and maintenance teams, you will install, repair, and fine-tune electromechanical drives, sensors, and machinery to optimize manufacturing performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to keep production equipment running efficiently
• Troubleshoot, test, and repair electromechanical systems, sensors, and drives
• Collaborate with engineers on installation and evaluation of automation systems
• Log in to, diagnose, and maintain PLC-controlled systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.)
• Support equipment debugging, setup, and commissioning of new machinery
• Maintain high safety and quality standards across all maintenance tasks
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and operational innovation
• Keep workspace organized and adhere to company operational standards

Profile

• Strong technical background in electromechanics, automation, or industrial maintenance
• Proven experience troubleshooting CNC machinery, PLCs, and motor control systems
• Knowledge of programming PLCs, HMIs, or PC-based control systems is an advantage
• Understanding of three-phase power and control voltage systems
• Skilled in the use of testing, measuring, and general shop tools
• Proactive, precise, and team-oriented approach to problem-solving
