As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in transforming store guests into loyal customers. You will inspire guests with home furnishing ideas, provide expert product knowledge, and help them create spaces they love to live in. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Accurately process sales orders and manage cash transactions in line with company standards.
- Assist customers with financing, credit applications, and documentation.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support daily operations including store opening/closing, inventory checks, and loss prevention.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. with or without accommodation.
