Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience and represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Accurately process sales orders and manage cash transactions in line with company standards.
- Assist customers with financing, credit applications, and documentation.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support daily operations including store opening/closing, inventory checks, and loss prevention.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals and KPIs while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. with or without accommodation.
