About The Role

Join our team as a Medical Practitioner, delivering both routine and complex care with clinical independence. You’ll assess patient needs, administer treatments, educate families, and document care while supporting long-term health goals. This role emphasizes compassionate care, critical thinking, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Administer medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Address emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and resources
• Document patient history, symptoms, and treatments

Qualifications:

• RN License (state or compact) & BLS required
• BSN preferred
