About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Specialist to join a world-class operations team. In this role, you will contribute to the production of high-quality furniture and ensure its safe, efficient delivery to customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing

  • Assemble furniture with precision, craftsmanship, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Inspect, repair, and refine products to ensure superior quality.
  • Use digital tracking systems to log production data and maintain workflow accuracy.
  • Safely operate specialized machinery, hand tools, and production equipment.
  • Package and prepare finished products for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical or operational issues.
  • Apply ergonomic and safety best practices in all tasks.

Distribution

  • Handle and transport furniture efficiently within the distribution center.
  • Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and industrial vehicles safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain product integrity through careful handling and quality control.
  • Organize warehouse materials to support smooth operations and timely shipments.

Team & Growth

  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve production, workflow, and efficiency.
  • Exhibit consistent reliability, high-quality performance, and teamwork.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to push/pull loads up to 100 lbs regularly and 250 lbs occasionally.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, machinery, and measuring devices with safety awareness.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Safety-conscious and disciplined in following all operational protocols.
